• Structural Suitability: Final installation layout, mesh or cable spacing, track placement, and hardware selection are determined only after reviewing the concrete slab, parapet wall, window frame, or metal support structure at the installation site.
• Building & Society Permissions: Customers (homeowners, tenants, or facility managers) are responsible for obtaining any required prior approvals from their apartment association, Resident Welfare Association (RWA), landlord, or building management before installation work commences.

4. Safety Usage & Important Disclaimers

Safety nets and invisible grills act as physical protective barriers and deterrents designed to help reduce open-space risks across balconies, windows, staircases, ducts, terraces, and sports areas. However:

• Safety nets and invisible grills are not a substitute for active adult supervision of children or responsible care of pets.
• Installed nets and cables must not be intentionally leaned upon, climbed on, cut, exposed to open flames/sharp tools, or used to suspend heavy loads.

5. Customer Responsibilities During Installation

To allow safe and neat installation, customers agree to provide clear access to the balcony, window, duct, terrace, or work area, and to keep children, pets, and fragile items away from the work zone while drilling, anchoring, and tensioning are in progress.
